Whether you are already working as a Reiki Practitioner, Energy Healer, Spiritual Coach, Holistic Therapist, Angel Practitioner, or you are beginning your healing journey, this qualification will teach you how to guide clients through a deeply transformative process of emotional liberation and heart awakening.
What Is Heart Alchemy?
Heart Alchemy is a unique spiritual healing modality based on the understanding that emotional pain often creates energetic layers around the heart chakra.
These layers may develop through:
- Grief
- Heartbreak
- Rejection
- Abandonment
- Betrayal
- Shame
- Trauma
- Fear
- Disappointment
- Emotional Suppression
- Limiting Beliefs
- And Life Experiences That Cause The Heart To Protect Itself.
Over time these protective layers can restrict the natural flow of energy throughout the body and impact a person’s ability to:
- Receive Love
- Trust Relationships
- Connect With Intuition
- Communicate With Spirit Guides And Angels
- Receive Abundance
- Feel Emotionally Safe
- Experience Joy
- Express Emotions Freely
- And Fully Embody Their Authentic Self.
Heart Alchemy gently guides clients through these layers one at a time, allowing emotional healing to unfold safely, compassionately, and in divine timing.
At the centre of the process is the symbolic Elevator of the Heart, a guided meditation journey that allows clients to explore and heal each emotional layer until they reconnect with the original heart centre beneath the protection.

A Message from Heather Spooner
Heart Alchemy was created from a deep understanding that the heart is never truly broken—it simply learns to protect itself.
Beneath every layer of fear, grief, heartbreak, rejection, and emotional pain remains the original heart; loving, whole, connected, and capable of receiving.
It is my honour to share this modality with those who feel called to help others gently reconnect with that truth.
Together, through the loving guidance of Archangel Zadkiel and the transformative power of the Violet Flame, we help others liberate their hearts and return home to love.
